Includes the Full Minors rosters with all credit to Knight165, RidinDwnKinglsey and KSig24.
Includes Faces by Knight165, Mr. Franchise and the great team of contributors to that aspect.
Includes the Stances and Accessories by Strut24 and the community at large who provided information for their local / favorite players.
Includes the Pitch and Stamina Edits by RAZRr1275 and Pope300hitter05.
Includes the majority of SCEA created players, both pitchers and hitters, re-rated utilizing the Roster Tools program using a true (non-weighted) 3 year rating average (07-08-09) as a base. These ratings were then modified in an attempt to mirror 2010 performance. Note that some SCEA created players were not modified due to lack of MLB service time and small sample set.
Full credit for this version to Bahnzo for all the work he does on the Roster Tool.
Full credit and especially thanks to ThirdDegree5803 who put in a ton of time working of this roster version.
To the people that are trying out v4, do you feel v4.1 would be a better option, or is it ready to go the way it is? (I know it's a bit early to form an opinion, but when you do I'd love to hear what people think)
And sorry for posting this in both this and the v3 thread, didn't see this one until after.

What did you guys use to rate defense? Every advanced statistical system has Bobby Abreu as one of the five worst right fielders in baseball since 2008 (one of ten worst outfielders in baseball, period), but he's one of the top-rated defensive right fielders in this set.

These are from Bahnzo's DB. I get where your coming from because I suffered through Abreu's defense while he was here but I sort of understand where it's coming from. How many OFers drop fly balls on a routine basis. Not many. The fielding rating mainly comes from fielding percentage. It's his reaction that should suffer. I'll have to take a look at what I set him at when inputting him. It's possible that we overlooked bumping him downwards in that category. Also in real life it's not thy he misplays a ton of balls it's more his lackadasical approach when playing his position and lack of getting to balls he should get to.

Got it. His arm is still excellent, but his range is what kills his defensive rating. By John Dewan's +/- and UZR, the only outfielder that has cost his team more runs by his range since 2008 is Brad Hawpe, who we all know is a DH.
