I'm ready for the demo. I've had enough 'watching' the game. I need to just play it now.

Halftime show is a joke, haha. WTH?
at least gameplay looks smooth and Gus Johnson adds some life to the game.

well from these videos,
halftime makes no sense, it cant be like that in the final version can it? They show guys running to the locker room, then they show the whole team and coach on the sideline with some qb stats. Thats their "halftime show" it literally makes no sense, I cant see how they put that together there.
Gus Johnson is better than Tom Hammond but he is still waaaay behind any other game. I mean even Smackdown vs Raw has better sounding commentary. He snaps the ball, he runs to the 14........ I will say though I heard a few things that sounded OK in the middle of some horrible sounding stuff. Everything Tom Hammond said was horrible so in a jacked up/flawed logic ghetto kind of way, Commentary is improved over last year...
I suspect the flats are going to ruin online play. I have yet to see anyone really covered in the flats. Watching these plays, the players always had a dude open in the flats, they just went elsewhere with it but if you watch the running back, most, if not all the time they are wide open in the flats.

3:33 of the second Vikings vid: I liked how the linebackers reacted to the playaction. And the throw Farve made through the zone, right over Lofa Tatupu's head, I like how he didn't grow eyes in the back of his head and leap 15 ft. in the air to bat the ball away.

I'm really liking the new tackles I'm seeing, and the new sack animations. I don't get how people can say they don't see any improvement in gameplay.
Videos look good but, wow, I really thought Ian would keep his promise he made last year of putting in a improved halftime show and highlight show in the Extra Point show with playbyplay commentary during the highlights for Madden11, since he said they put the groundwork for it in Madden10 but couldn't get it in time, and mentioned they could maybe add it in a patch for Madden10 or wait to put it in Madden11. Promises,promises...

Boy, they did a really great job of making one of the best commentators in football sound like crap. I feel sorry for Gus Johnson. This game will do him no justice at all.
Aside from that, the halftime show? WTF? I'm going to give EA the benefit of the doubt, although they have done nothing to earn the benefit of doubt, that the final build would be so plain.
Game play does look better than Madden 10 though... slightly. I still feel like I'm going to be spending $60 on updated rosters, and things that could have been added via patch to Madden 10.

This can't be the final version of the halftime show...
On a side note, in every interview I've seen with Ian he seems less than excited to be talking about the game, apathetic even...like he's just jumping through hoops.

The Vikings horn is in the game Thank You!!!!!! And they took the stupid tackle cut scene out when the players are falling to the ground. Not the tackle looks like a real football game.
