LOL
I saw alot of very familiar animations...hard to watch after seeing BB.. Dont know why they refuse to re-do the animations..they just keep tweaking them as if nothing is wrong.
At least we're not seeing runs breaking for 70 yd TDs like I've experienced in recent versions of the PS2 (this will be my first venture into current gen). I'm seeing solid runs, but nothing over the top. Also, the good runs I've seen are from the likes of Mark Ingram and other great backs. I'm more concerned that in NO video have I seen any assemblance of a pass rush. That concerns me more, but I'm still not that worried about it, they've mostly been showing off quick passes from the spread.
It looks great, graphics are better than ever. Like the integration, like some of the locomotion.
Things that worry me:
Throwing animation:
As stated, hopefully it's an early build animation that was removed, or tweaked (maybe it's thinking it's a sidearm throw?)
Option:
God it was terrible last 2 years. I push pitch before the defender hits you (like you're supposed to), and the QB holds on to the ball. But, if you wait until you're getting hit/wrapped up/falling to the ground, THEN you can pull the trigger and make a perfect pitch. I just played a game yesterday where the QB was optioning to the right and a DB blitzed and hit him head on, and as the QB is being taken to the ground, he makes a perfect pitch through the DB to the running back. In the Georgia Tech part of the video, looks like the same pitch as last year as he releases after he's hit. Only if your ball carrying arm is completely free should you be able to pitch it accurately just as the guy comes, not when he's wrapped you up or hitting you square.
Broken tackles:
There's supposedly true gang tackling this year, not just two defenders. I haven't seen it in any videos yet. I hope that when two linemen meet a RB/QB on a dive it's not like last year where only one of them engages and the RB/QB falls forward for 3 extra yards. The two + linemen need to pile in and push the runner back. I see it far to rarely this year.
Also, I see a LOT of broken tackles and missed tackles in these vids. Hopefully it's just to show off the locomotion or else 30+ yard runs will be the norm.
Finally:
I'm really excited for the game this year. I think it's going to be a huge step forward, and I so appreciate the obvious effort that has been put in (that really hasn't been evident the last few years), but I just hope that these don't become little issues that take away a little of the luster

2:40 mark what the hell was that? Was that a pass? The velocity of the ball didn't match the throwing motion!
i know im late but who cares about the replay angle as long as they get the play on the field as close to authentic as possible who cares about a replay angle after all this is still a video game
Well it looks like Terrelle Pryor is super human. I'm a huge Buckeye fan but I try not to start dynasties with the Bucks. But I can see he looks impossible to bring down. Then again, he was throwing aside some Ducks in the Rose Bowl.
