Funny cuz earlier today, when picking up Red Dead, I took my dough OFF BB. Whatever the case, I would guess they're in pre-planning for BB2. Who knows.

The application has been a big hit for NM. Tackle alley is alot of fun. It is probably going to be that much more fun to play on the console version.

Rockstar Games loves Euphoria. They used it in Grand Theft Auto IV and they are using it in Red Dead Redemption.

The Android app at 3x the price of the iphone app, it's exceeded 1000 downloads in the week or so it's been out.

Yeah I heard the app is fun and addictive. I'm not a fan of mini games in sports games, but Tackle Alley looks like a blast, especially with 2 people!

Yeah tackle alley online is going to be probably one of the best modes in the game IMO. I can kinda see people(not a lot) buying the game based on the tackle alley. I mean If they love the app. I can see people spending money on the actual game.

Youre right, IF it doesnt sell....But i think it will sell enough....Theyve made a calculated risk that depends on how well this thing sells. They have less overhead than say..EAsports.or 2Ksports so their financial projections might be lower..

they would be crazy NOT to try and get a piece of this HUGE football pie that EA and 2K are trying to horde. What if BB1 is great needing only a few features added and minor tweaks for BB2?

I say its time for something new, Madden isnt worth the money anymore IMO

No problem, they gave us the tools to CREATE OUR OWN DLC. I'm lovin that!!

Want throwback helmets? create em..every team is an art project.. imagine the replay value in that?

It is time for something new but, we don't even know if BB is worth the money yet. I can only hope it's a great game that only needs few features and minor tweaks for a second iteration. A 2 year(hopefully 2 and a half at the most and not 3 year) cycle would also help even more to. I'm just guessing but, I don't think it would take another 3 years to make the second BB.

Epiffani, going gold in this context has nothing to do with sales, it basically means the game is completed and copies are being made ready for retail.

All I would want for BB2 would be injury/fatigue(as long as it's implemented right). They already said they could have it but, wouldn't be implemented right so I think they could get it done for the second iteration.

Tone down the pads.

More specific body definition for specific positions. Not having almost every player looking like a TE.

Complete control over customizing weight and height or at least a variety of average height and weight for specific positions.

I would like every visor on every player to go or at least have clear visors If they must have one for futuristic purposes.

Helmets popping off(not consistently).

Ball carriers/ O-line getting lower. The jukes are to stiff IMO and the the runner is to up right.

Fix the QB throwing animation.

I'm sure there will be more but, this stuff would go a long way for a lot of people .

This sounds great and all, but you guys are posting a wishlist for a game you have never even played. Your wishlists are based off of assumptions that you will love the game. While I am not trying to be negative (cause I am excited for the game too), I am trying to be realistic. What happens if the game comes out and completely flops? Ever thought of that? I am going to play BB 1 first for a while, get my impressions, THEN post in this thread for wishlists.

Generally, everyone is on the same page with what we'd like to see in 2. I think the Devs get it, they have explained their design before and it basically equated to "we have a small dev team, we chose a design early, stuck with it, made the game we could" kind of attitude.

Thankfully they spent nearly all their time working on gameplay. And i'd say BB2 is very likely to come out seeings as nearly EVERYONE thought BB 1 would never come out. These guys can make a game in a recession and against all competition odds. BB 2 is going to be a no-brainer after june 1st.

So what exactly in my wishlist is a assumption?

Just about everything I listed is based off facts that these things need to be improved and/or added. I mean the QB throwing animation is a gimme, people know it doesn't look natural and don't even get me started on the pads. The only thing I can see that would be an assumption is my O-line/Running back comment.
