Is this a joke?... man oh man, they are going to ruin the legacy of this game. Updated graphics just doesnt cut it for me. This looks like a poor attempt to milk a franchise.
looks good to me...i hope they have a vast list of hidden characters i hope they have Bill Clinton back

The game actually looks like it would be fun.
This looks absolutely true to the original with updated graphics and authentic home courts. This game is going to be awesome on Wii...and downright outstanding once it gets to PSN/XBL.

That looks worse than the arcade version 10 years ago. WTF were / are they thinking?
A wii exclusive....terrible move. I mean, it only removes the majority of your consumers that remember and played this game growing up.
The graphics are hideous...would almost go as far to say as it looks like a genesis / snes port.
Terrible decsions all the way around. Complete incompetance running the show to whoever has put the seal of approval on this game in these conditions.

Some of you are taking this way more seriously than you should. It's NBA Jam, it was never meant to be serious at all, it's not real basketball.

Agreed, not worth going back and forth about it.
It will be fun, and people will play it. Just why did they make it a Wii exclusive?

Not only is there mario running, some of the stuff is so stiff looking..(and I animate). Also the cpu is just standing in place around the 3pt line after the person goes up for an insane dunk. Where's the attempt to hard foul or block by the cpu? It doesn't look smooth as this old clip of Jam, and this is on better hardware, then the old Genesis/Snes days.

That would be a nice touch, but I think from the trailer it won't happen. They'd have to re-license it, unless Midway owns the license.
Still, would love to have that theme in there. The sound effects are certainly different. Guess we won't have that high-pitched beep! when blocking a shot.

i think they only modeled the bodies and not the heads...which works IMO...i just wish they added the camera flashes in the background...i wonder if they added more players to choose from instead of 4

I was looking forward to this, until I saw this video. Still hope it comes to PSN/Live, but honestly wouldn't bother me if it didn't.
