NCAA Football 11 News Post

Pasta Padre has posted some potential features for the upcoming NCAA Football 11.

Quote:
"A survey distributed by EA may have provided some insight into improvements and new features that are being considered for NCAA Football 11. The questionnaire asks for a selection of the top three out of 13 choices. Included are things like an Athletic Director mode with stadium creator, authentic team entrances, and ESPN style TV presentation. While there is no guarantee any of the options will make it in the game it does stand to reason that some of them will."

Without question, the 3 I'd like to see. Locomotion, college specific gameplay and ESPN style presentation. Given the choices Pasta posted, what would you like to see?

I'm not sure how they are going to react to the publics demanding dreadlocks and long hair. I think we'll have to wait and see if they can perhaps patch it or something. I don't think they can ignore it any longer at this point.

do u guys not realize adding dreads is part of the likeness thing they trying so hard no to get sued for. i meant if the players has dreads in real life and on the game, that is too close to likeness so they choose not to put it in the game.

there's a thick line between "publics" and "small portion of OS"

That's got nothing to do with it, the past-gen games have/had dreads & long hair.

not that I really care that much for dreads, or that this is even a factor in why dreads(or hair in general, as no player has hair in the game) are not in the game, they could easily get around that by not putting dreads on player, but have an option to add them through the player editor.

Yeah I dont think the mass public is concerned with long hair or dreads... sorry. I can do without them too... I mean... they are a nice subtle addition, but I would much rather fix gameplay and add features like create a play than to play dress up.

Why the hell to people care so much about dreads anyway? It's kinda weird.

Dreads, and other long hair, are seen out of the helmet. If you want the player to look how they look and most players that have dreads have their dreads be their signature. Look at Troy Pamamalou(however you spell it). If he didn't have his hair hanging out of his helmet in Madden, it wouldn't look like him. It pulls you out of the game. Simple as that. Troy Pamamalou without his hair on Madden would be like Michael Jordan wearing number 14 on the new 2k game. Its part of their signature, their recognition. Most guys with dreads are known from their dreads by the college kids and their fans.

I think we will get most of the features that was not added this year. We got #6,8,10,11,12. I hope we get Coaching Carousels, Signature Coaching plays, AD mode, and Real life coaches.
