I'm waiting for the guys with the receivers in practice mode and the stop watches to see which game speed is most real..

Just ran the KO back for a TD in OT but the after the player shot wasn't focused properly on the KO returner. Perhaps a glitch in the demo. Want to see the KO returner and his teammates celebrating!

I know some of you might not care but I will have detailed impressions and a bunch of videos from both the Gamestop and Public demo today
I've been one of the biggest Madden haters for awhile but this isn't a bad game. I'm probably gonna end up buying it.
Played one game so far. I saw nothing that made me say wow I gotta buy this game. I don't care much for that zoom camera thing at the end of every play, maybe we should only see that once in while. Running anims look really ******** especially on punt and kick returns. Game speed changes on field goals, its much faster. Pro-Tak overrated and over hyped. Positives didn't have to hear Hammond. I don't know, I'm just not feeling it. Nothing is really terrible but I don't see anything great either... ho hum.

I had a blasty blast with my first game. Lost 23-20 on a last second field goal, I was the Cardinals. My only problem was my complete and utter lack of a pass rush. I COULD NOT get by their O-line, once we engaged I felt stuck. Ben only threw two incompletions but that was probably because he could sit back there for 5+ seconds every down. I'm not gonna call it Robo QB until I can get pressure.
One other positive I forgot... I like that fatigue actually works and works well.

It SHOULD happen with the big guys that can get up like Fitz and (if he plays again) Plax. Ask the Falcons, Panthers, and Eagles if Larry can jump over 2 defenders and make a catch...he did it to each in the playoffs last year.
As long as Desean Jackson, Steve Smith and other little guys are NOT going up over 2-3 defenders I am happy. They say this is the year that ratings, size, etc. matter, hopefully what you're seeing is testament to that.
Does anyone know if there is a way to get the demo without xbox live? Is the only way through the code? Because I dont have live.

I havent heard much of the Rocket Catch being in the game except for the 'bigger guys' being able to somewhat do it..
I just hope there isnt a video that comes out like NCAA where it is being done ALL over the field by whoever the user wants...
