NCAA Football 10 Updated Rosters Available (PS3, 360)

**UPDATE PS3**

Hey guys, updated rosters can be found in the following locations:

**PS3 - eascncaa10
Xbox 360 - EASCncaa10

Both are live now, we should have some information on the patch tomorrow. The patch is really only awaiting final approvals and hopefully will be out soon.

You guys gonna fix all the teams with their jersey numbers off centered to the right? Like 95% of the teams in the game have this issue. Should be easily corrected right?

Just look at Boise State's single digit jersey numbers versus Middle Tennessee State's single digit jersey numbers...MTSU appears to be the only team in the game, whose jersey numbers are correctly centered on the jersey itself.

Do i need to download this EASCncaa2010 roster or should I just wait until the patch is released?

Also, when the roster is finally edited, will I be able to use the new fixed roster online or will I have to use the default roster?

I tried downloading from eascncaa2010 and it said there wasn't a roster file found in the EA locker? Am I doing something wrong?

Wow. This is a shame to release a broken game like this. Very bad business on EA's part.

I'm hearing that these are just as inaccurate. WTF? Will there be more updates? I thought there was a new guy working on rosters this year. How does this happen? What about duplicate numbers? I know EA doesnt have to release accurate rosters but damn. I cant believe some of you people on here defending this. Its not just the rosters but sliders etc.

100% disagree. example- when you are making food for the public at a resturant it has to be good or people wont come back and they will complain and so do you. we are consumers if your business caters to the general public you have a responsibility to present them a quality product. Thats the american business, corporation, etc.

This is brutal, still no correct roster. Has anyone tried Pastapadre or Fairdale Kings rosters yet? FK usually has the best rosters every year.

Mad 69, you need to read the posts, dude! FK disappeared last year and we have not heard from him since. I do not see any rosters coming from him this year.

Actually you need to read the posts. FK replied to a thread a month ago stating he will be doing rosters. Page 2, post #16

I got Fairdale the game early but EA is the hold up on him doing the rosters. Once the roster fix is released and downloadable then he will begin on his set. After that it will probably take him 7 to 10 days to complete. He hasn't disappeared, he's just not as visible now without his site.

Thats good. So hopefully by next weekend we will have named rosters.

I found one of his posts from a month ago, he was working on the named default rosters.

My fault. I am glad to see FK is back. I loved his rosters for the 360. I think I am picking up the PS3 version this year. I just like the controller better.

I must be missing something.
When I downloaded the rosters for XB60, they worked just fine. I saw major changes (LSU, Nebraska, Virginia Tech) to minor changes(Jeff Demps going to 99 speed.) If these were the roster that would of been shipped with the game, then I would be OK IMO. EA is never 100% accurate on the rosters because they only use a 70 man roster. But these rosters are OK. I see that there has been an effort made to please the crowd after a terrible mistake. If you guys are mad that they didn't make certain teams good enough, then just edit them to your liking. But I think they did a respectable job with the roster update.

Right, but I don't get the impression that some people ARE talking about ratings. And furthermore, If they are only using 70 man rosters, aren't there going to be something missing? If they still have people there who graduated, that's unacceptable to me. But if they got rid of those people, then that's good enough in my opinion. I can edit other things to my liking if I see fit.

First... i want to let everyone know that I am working on naming the DEFAULT rosters for the 360 users. This does not mean that I will edit any players. I will ONLY be identifying the DEFAULT rosters as EA intended them to be.... this is because you MUST use default rosters in online games. DKrause and others will then begin fixing the abundance of mistakes in the NCAA roster file.

Next... I can NOT fathom how EA can release rosters that are this jacked up. Last month we were told that the rosters on the disc were not the "final" rosters and that the roster guy was the real deal. WHAT?!? Are you serious??? Of course.. I keep up with the rosters more than the average person but I will only speak about my favorite team THE Louisville Cardinals.

The Cardinals still have WR #26 JaJuan Spillman on the roster.

How does this happen??? JaJuan Spillman was dismissed from the Louisville football team after his arrest last summer on July 3, 2008. He actively participated on the Tennessee State football team last year and was an ALL-OVC selection.

And to make matters worse... he is Louisville's best receiver on this year's rosters. Really??? A guy that was NOT dismissed earlier this month or even late spring. He was kicked off the team LAST summer!!!

WOW!!!

I'm sure that I will be able to identify the player's on the rosters but it will be a longer process. I also feel sorry for the guys that are trying to FIX this mess. I always feel sorry for the consumers that will be forced to use these terrible rosters in ONLINE ranked matches.

I dont recall them ever adding anybodys entire freashman class. There is usually around 8-10 depending on school.
