For a extremely early video I think it looked good. There was more good out of that video than bad IMO. And as the Community Day members said, there are things already fixed than what was shown in this video. So you gotta take what you see with a grain of salt.

I bet their today version of the game is alot better than the version shown in the video. Plus theres still time to fix/tune so Im not taking this as final product video.

For those worried about Hood looking stupid he was covering his zone. The LBs are both sitting in zone coverage and start to make a move after the ball is thrown. You can tell by the spacing they are apart that its zone coverage. My question about the play really is where is the saftey?

That's actually something we looked at. Some of the animation transitions aren't in yet. I'm kinda confused as to why they'd let that go into the trailer... I gotta wonder

I'm honestly bothered by some stuff I saw in this trailer. Some things I didn't see at Community Day. It's kinda gnawing at me.

Running and throwing animations looked the same.

And Willie Parker only broke a 2 man tackle.... Not 5. He got tackled by 5 people...

Tackling looked great... really great

Refs+ref animations

OL/DL Meh...saw some things I liked and did not like
WR/DB at some places it looked improved and others it looked same old. The route running really did not look improved at all.

So I guess they forgot to put in double teams.

The running animations and throwing animations do not look to be improved

Just a lot of quirky/weird animations/happenings as well

No colored cleats

Post-play animations don't look to be improved that much

Some player models just look weird

The route running really did not look improved at all.

The more I watch it the worse the throwing and running animations get

Overall just a HUGE letdown

Ian will read through this thread tomorrow and I know that he will do what he can in the remaining time he has. At least we have identified some of the troubled parts

Were we expecting too much?

Ya i noticed this as a great thing too... not sure why people dont like that Hood left his receiver because he was obviously in a short zone.. then he saw the ball go over the top and ran back to make a play on the wide receiver... he didnt cheat and fly in the air and swat the ball or intercept it.. his only chance was to hit the receiver.....

A lot of bridge jumpers in this thread. I thought it looked quite good to be honest. I like the new animations and the fact that players seem to have more personality to them (jostling for the fumble, getting in each other's faces, etc).

I'm looking forward to more info and videos.

He had them at the beginning of the season, I'll try to put in a note to make sure he has a fade in the game.
