apparently lack luster games allow this to live on and rise from the ashes like a phoenix. So i caught wind of the ncaa 10 demo coming out today. I get off of work and I managed to get home and download this "new game" apparently it struck me as deja vu because haha for the life of me it feels like I have played this game before maybe in another year. perhaps. july 08? maybe?
um...yeah so I downloaded this game to find out what people were talking about. Take this as no offense. This is by far the worse football game I have ever downloaded and tried. This is plainly ncaa 09 with a few upgrades here and there. Not even as far as innovative as madden 10 will be and involved. Now that this has been covered let me explain the reason why,
For starters ever since the rosters were messed up and other things that are just a snowball to roll down the hill as a avalanche.
-No refs on the field
- the same unrealistic running animations(momentum?)
-the same commentary from ncaa's past
-players running through walls?
- Lack of innovation in presentation?
you know what after this I may never get again a EA person to talk to me on this site. I don't care. If you get offended by this thread and your with EA and the group who made ncaa 10 you know what? guilt by association. This is pathetic and the fact that you guys want someone to shill out $60 for this drek you should be ashamed of yourselves.

First of all it's "THE SMART CONSUMER". Second of all I have used that on forums a while and its not a big deal. The issue with you is not that being that I have explained this for quite some time. Your issue is with me pointing out the fact that this game was made half done and is basically the same game from 08. That is cool to sit behind a computer at 1am to type online some civilized pride and prejudice attitude. Have at it sir I won't challenge you to a duel but I will say this.
If your getting at me because of what I said about the game? then come at me and reply about the game. Grammar and such is a cheap way to get at someone especially when its over the internet where your at your best "FLO".

TSC (short for THE SMART CONSUMER), you are way off base. I own every version of both Madden & NCAA from the Apple ][ days for Madden to the Bill Walsh days for NCAA. I have played about half of those in the last six months. Do I think they are perfect? No chance. Not any of them. Then again, I don't think 2K's offerings were perfect either. Ditto for Techmo, Intellevision, Atari and so on down the line.
Now to touch on this years offerings just a bit, here are a couple random comments.
On the Madden side, you have Ian & company blabbering about being open, transparent and so on down the line. Yet, when I ask a simple question: will it be 1080p, I can't get an answer from anyone. I know that is a tough one to answer. After all, you have two choices: yes or no and those are both big, tough words to get out.
Over on the NCAA side, '09 had broken sliders. That is a huge mistake for a company as large as EA to make. And now, they have repeated the same mistake. At this point, it is unforgivable. I don't want to hear "we will have a patch". I want to hear "we apologize to all NCAA fans for being incompetent". It isn't going to happen.
Therefore, I have no issue with what you said about the game. My issue was summed up quite nicely by kbmmm. You are complaining about EA half-assing their work while you are half-assing your own blog post. That is not exactly something to be proud of. Worse yet, your response to my first post was as poorly written as your original blog.
For future reference, perhaps you could type your blog in a word processor with spelling & grammar checking. Once you get it right, then copy & paste it here. I'm just making a suggestion to help you get your intended point across.
All of that being said, I will still be buying both Madden 10 & NCAA 10. I don't need perfection to enjoy the game. And while $120 is lot of money to some people, it isn't anything to others. I'm somewhere between those extremes and, since EA dropped NASCAR this year, I will actually give them $60 less than I would have otherwise. Thanks EA!

Right, I'm in the wrong. Yeah, you come here act like some English teacher and justify your inner douche by continuing to emphasize and mold a way into being correct in your past post.
second of all the spelling errors mentioned were not for you. Just like your counterpart "FLO", making it all about you is a continuing theme here(not shocked). That was for sinc who happened to call me a ****** but yet spelled everything wrong while failing to shoot the zinger. Way to go.
And as for the ANYWAYS part. When you try to make some explanation to make yourself look good on the forum? remember that if you think douche then you are a douche. You came through with your typical internet snob attitude and then you get called out on it by not one not two but three people and now it's me. now to anyone else other than FLO,Sinc and Kbmnm247, I apologize for my language on here and for allowing the rest of my blog to be taken up by pretentious, self righteous people. Odds are these three probably will be back to reply and then copy and paste their own discussions just to sit and be in awe. Some people love to hear themselves talk and write. These are those people.

Right. What did I learn by reading this blog? Well you did not learn how to not make things about you. I'm glad you visit this forum. However, the thing is you can still check the forums to find out the features of 2010. My blog did not change anything but you just had to visit this little ol blog of mine and consider to spit your 2 cents which I would keep in this economy.
and also since we are on grammar now that this is english 101. I will say that when you use to come here I hope you meant that "Wheather" was supposed to be whether.
