Welcome to the forum!

Trades work buy basically agreeing to buy one of my cards and they I buy one of your cards.

Buyback is given by you buying one of my cards first and in exchange I buy one of your common or umcommon cards to lower the price of a card. For example you buy my STAR card for the min 6000, then I buy a common/uncommon card from you anywhere from 2000-3000 credits, lowering the total cost of the card
