just got WWE 2k16 and had some ?s

So i downloaded WWE 2k16 today and i haven't played a game since back in the xbox 360 days, and i have lost every match so far on normal settings, everything i do gets reversed and i get stuck on the ground an everytime i get up i just got put back down, i hardly reverse anything it always says too fast or too late and i do it soon as it pops up so not sure what's wrong there, so not sure if i should drop down to easy, or if there are sliders setting to change that i could make it more realistic for me or am i just stuck going down to easy lol

I started on easy to get the timing and controls down as I hadn't played a wrestling game in awhile too. I think to properly time reversals you actually have to hit R2/RT just before it actually shows on the screen.

I myself downloaded the game recently and had to start on Easy. Even though I played it on the PS3, the Xbox One version is a lot different. I think there are sliders to lower the AI reversals.

Just google WWE 2K16 sliders and you'll get a few options or at least find out where to set them yourself.

I just DL this as well. Can someone explain the target icon that appears when you click the right stick down? Not sure what that is supposed to accomplish.
