I think this storyline is pretty much confirmation that they trust Bryan to be a top guy in some capacity. Ziggler's slide back to the mid-card makes me agree with you on who they were talking about.

Okay, here's my frustration with the current product: the fans.

These fans don't care about storylines, about heels and babyfaces. All they care about is seeing "this famous guy from TV" and getting a picture of him. It's all casual. They're ruining the product because storylines don't get the reaction they try to illicit. They're like fair-weather sports fans that cheer for a team when they're good, but don't give a sheep about their team when they're not contending. Who cares about wrestlers who are solid and can put on good performance both in and out of the ring (see Antonio Cesaro or the Cody Rhodes/Damien Sandow feud)?

It's freakin' frustrating.

On the flipside, I hope D-Bry goes all Stone Cold on the Escalade.
