Randy is legit a zombie as a face. He has no idea what hes doing, what he wants to do, how to figure out what he wants, where to go, hes just there, do and RKO, and leaves.

Its a waste. Who did he piss off?

Considering his multiple suspensions due to steroids, sometimes bad behavior and being brittle every time the company has given him the ball, I'd say probably just about everyone.
