Does Stamina Matter in the Long Run for Top Spin 4?

Hello Everyone,

What all does stamina affect? Is it how fast you can run or how hard you can hit? Does it affect the serve? Also, does stamina affect you more towards the end of a set? I am trying to see if there is any point in using a defensive baseliner online.

Thanks.

I think it affects all of the above. Plus being a defensive baseliner generally gives your player a much higher speed rating than other guys so that you can get to more hits.

I've noticed that in the progression of a point that stamina matters the most and when stamina is less than full that it's harder to hit good power shots and gets aces off your serves. Luckily it regenerates somewhat when you have a break in the set.
