There will more than likely be a post limit to new users, and a post count needed to be able to post new threads.

I was thinking about suggesting like a 30 or 40 post minimum for creating a new thread. It seems a bit Draconian, and would suck for the legitimate new posters, and other guys who don't post regularly, but these spammers are getting totally annoying.
