NCAA 13::(Xbox360 & PS3) 2019-2020 Roster Conversion/update

Greetings to another year for NCAA 13 folks! NCAA 13 has been on life support for years but keeps chugging along while NCAA 14 is alive!
The 2019-20 NCAA 13 CONVERSION THREAD!

-Xbox360 file works for most teams, but depth charts need manual adjusting on some teams.
-2 ps3 files are Ollie and WWEDX roster files used as base--Later I may try uploading just players imported without coaches&teams data to see if it helps people still having problems).

NCAA 14 has been expensive as of lately, so NCAA 13 might be the next best choice. And if you have a strong PC & graphics, recently Emulation of PS3 has improved & provides another choice to playing NCAA football 14 for years to come, esp for those whose disc stops working, or could never track down a good & affordable copy.

Problems encountered:
-Tex State and UMass have freeze issues on startup (using as home team or road team may counter this, but not sure) and UTSA is missing a lot of data.
-Komikozibob mentioned more problems in past rosters which are relevant here too.
eg.-UAB will have UNC Charlotte's players.
-All teams are not in their new conferences. There were dynasty loading issues when these were changed. All teams are in their original NCAA 13 conferences.
-12-13 season schedule. **The new schedule does not work with the 2013 game and it would take hours to update manually.

PS3 users have reported difficulty eg. corrupted rosters save data, nothing showing up on USB, & freezes on startup; Olliedathird, and WWEDX2007 have attempted helping out by uploading working rosters, and I've tried using their files as base. But something seems to always break during the conversions. I do not know enough how to fix this. I suspect it has something to do with some column of data in either the Teams or Players CSV files from NCAA14 to 13 making it incompatible.

I only own Xbox360 & so cannot test the PS3 much. But continue trying to make a file for PS3.
(most teams work on xbox360).


-Depth charts will have to be adjusted manually at each position in game on most teams, since I don't really play this game much. (Also Depth charts do not convert properly in conversions from the source file.)

Sourced from NCAA 14, More than half of the teams have been worked on for the 2019-20 Season: (but ongoing updates to teams will continue in the preseason & regular season.)
-Merged 103+ teams from Vikesfan updates with 15+ teams by Jrriv4 Xbox Community Roster = 123 Teams worked on so far out of 123. (The only things missing: ongoing wk1 updates, a few players on many random teams in pac12, big12, etc).
Not sure if the merged teams will be maintained moving forward, so team count may come down later if I go back to just using Vikesfan updates.

*This is a continuation of the work started in the Last pages of Posts made in the 2018-19 NCAA 13 thread.

The conversion is based on the NCAA14 Vikesfan Mod which retains 99% of everything in the Vikesfan PS3 Official Roster+More jersey#fixes/Extra players on a few teams by me, and other fans of their teams + the missing teams provided by Jrriv4/FanMade Xbox360 Community rosters.

Based on the last few years roster conversions by Komikozibob & Me. Hopefully Komikozibob will be back again one day to check over things on the PS3 roster to help identify any bugs like Dynasty Loading Issues. Any other PS3 & XBox360 users are welcome to fix depth charts or any bugs in the files I post, and share it here for everyone else.

(Except you open the Roster File but not the Dynasty save.edit file like in the video.)
*Not sure why some people cannot get this to work. I provided both file types to try both known methods to file transfer. I think there are a lot of people that have this working.
It has been found that Modio 3 may require Save File to be named exactly the same as the 1.36mb Roster File Contents file.(if you use the method2).
Or it could be that some Flash Drives are not compatible-I use an older small 4gb flash drive from 2010, so maybe newer larger flash drives are the problem, so try using a small flash drive.

** I thought gameplay was easy compared to NCAA14, so Try adjusting Difficulty Level and Sliders to eg. Heisman mode. I tried some settings found on youtube to put in Heisman Mode and User Sliders to 65 & Computer Sliders to 35-& it seemed close to All American Difficulty on NCAA 14. Google search for Ncaa13 slider suggestions on YouTube.

7-27-19 NCAA 13 update for Xbox360 & PS3 (just players updated) converted from NCAA 14 (7-25-19 update)
Check: Duke has LG Maurice McIntyre
- Xbox360 Roster will need to adjust depth charts; I have not fixed them yet.

- 2 different PS3 files were used as base. If anyone who has the PS3 roster working, can adjust all the team depth charts, then please post it for everyone else as an offline file. And I will use it as base the next time so everyone won't have to fix all depth charts every time there is an update.

-Merges 2 Rosters into 1 (85+ Teams Vikesfan + 32 XboxCommunity)=Over 112+ teams completed out of 126.
Everyone on NCAA13 can thank the entire Vikesfan team and a hand to jrriv4 Xbox community guys and myself.
-Same 2 PS3 rosters used as base.
-Xbox360 roster is last file.
-Many teams depth charts have to be manually adjusted on all files.

8-10-19 _ NCAA 13 update for Xbox360 & PS3

(Conversion of NCAA 14 _8-10-19 update)
120 of 123 Teams are near done to pre-Fall camp status.


Few Missing Teams: Oklahoma St, Okl partially, & Ohio St partial,Stanford, Washington, and maybe some more teams missing some players eg. GT, USC and others.

-None of the depth charts have been adjusted on many teams, so manual depth chart required.
-As usual there are 2 PS3 files to choose from, whichever works best with the same imported data. And 1 Xbox 360 file below.


Note: Since the roster is near preseason complete, and since these updates take a long time to make, the Next update may not occur for a few weeks, after most of the Fall wk1 updates occur to all of the teams by the Vikesfan PS3 team. Plus I may become very busy in the coming month.

All 123 Teams are complete to Pre-Fall camp status. But WK1 Season ready updates may come in the fall months eg.September. Thank all the PS3 and Xbox360 editors on NCAA 14 for this--Vikesfan + Jrriv4CommunityRoster.)

Sorry I do not own a PS3 so cannot determine why some people don't see the files on their PS3, while others can.

Another PS3 user who has this working would have to step in and help. But you are not alone, since Many PS3 users have had a difficult time with the files I posted.

I know on Xbox360, that the different brands of USB flash drives and maybe also the size of the drive matters. I only used a 10 year old 4GB flash drive for all my file transfers. Recently an Xbox360 user told me this worked for him. Maybe PS3 is the same way for everyone here. So try finding a different brand or older USB flash drive.
---But this may not be the answer either since you may have used offline files successfully before with your same flash drive. ??so not sure if that's the case??
