Re: HELP!!! I cannot hit in this game!
I highly recommend playing on Dynamic Difficulty. Personally, I also use directional hitting and the fish eye camera. For me, with the fish eye camera, this is the first year I've ever been able to do a reasonable job laying off of low changeups. Dynamic Difficulty works wonders for me, as I've always struggled to hit consistently. I tend to fluctuate between Veteran and Veteran Plus, though I've gone in slumps and landed in Rookie Plus. Once I even stayed hot long enough to land in All-Star (that was short-lived, as I recall).
Here's a look at the variability of my last 16 games using Dynamic Difficulty:
7 runs, 13 hits, 1HR (lost game)
4 runs, 11 hits, 1HR (won game)
1 run, 8 hits, 1HR (lost game)
5 runs, 8 hits, 3HR (won game)
3 runs, 7 hits, 2HR (lost game)
2 runs, 6 hits, 1HR (won game)
4 runs, 7 hits, 1HR (lost game)
3 runs, 5 hits, 1HR (won game)
3 runs, 7 hits, 0HR (lost game)
1 run, 7 hits, 0HR (lost game)
3 runs, 9 hits, 1HR (lost game)
7 runs, 13 hits, 2HR (won game)
7 runs, 13 hits, 1HR (won game)
3 runs, 8 hits, 2HR (one by pitcher), (lost game)
8 runs, 16 hits, 1HR, (won game)
0 runs, 5 hits, 0HR (lost game)
