HELP!!! I cannot hit in this game!

I know I probably sound like a broken record in this forum. I feel like throwing this game in the garbage. I'm not having any fun or satisfaction at all. I'm tried all types of hitting (Directional, Zone, Analog) I'm lucky to get 5 total hits and cannot produce any rallys or scoring runs in bunches.

Can anyone suggest Type of hitting, along with the best camera to hit with that will help me? I know practice, practice, practice..... But I'm at my ends's wit with this game!

Have you tried playing on a lower difficulty theres nothing wrong with playing to your skill level.

I highly recommend playing on Dynamic Difficulty. Personally, I also use directional hitting and the fish eye camera. For me, with the fish eye camera, this is the first year I've ever been able to do a reasonable job laying off of low changeups. Dynamic Difficulty works wonders for me, as I've always struggled to hit consistently. I tend to fluctuate between Veteran and Veteran Plus, though I've gone in slumps and landed in Rookie Plus. Once I even stayed hot long enough to land in All-Star (that was short-lived, as I recall).

Here's a look at the variability of my last 16 games using Dynamic Difficulty:

7 runs, 13 hits, 1HR (lost game)
4 runs, 11 hits, 1HR (won game)
1 run, 8 hits, 1HR (lost game)
5 runs, 8 hits, 3HR (won game)
3 runs, 7 hits, 2HR (lost game)
2 runs, 6 hits, 1HR (won game)
