CFB to Madden rating converter

Found a nice post on reddit who may be worth a look for some of you guys.
Its a spreadsheet for converting CFB ratings to madden. Should save a lot of time, when trying to implement CFB ratings into madden draft classes.

I've been thinking about this subject the last couple weeks , so, one quick question:
Should the speed rating for players in EA CFB 25 be left alone when converting over to M25?
