Found a nice post on reddit who may be worth a look for some of you guys.
Its a spreadsheet for converting CFB ratings to madden. Should save a lot of time, when trying to implement CFB ratings into madden draft classes.

Was anyone on here able to make a copy of that spreadsheet? Looks like that person's Reddit account and post were deleted.
