Well, its probably not for most of us here. But just remember they have to cater to 10-18 year olds too.Most of which need awards for coming in last now in days, so they really feel special seeing banner/accomplishments on screen as a nice little pat on the back reminder all the time of how good they are..... Honestly , thats what it seems its for. The world around us is ever changing......

Folks......I am a bearer of some very upsetting news.

Going to report this in the bugs thread as well.


Post Patch 9

I threw a pick inside the 5 yard line. But a penalty on the defense. Holding. Not only will it not let me accept the penalty.....it gave the ball to my opponent inside my one yard line when I was at their goal line.

It's no big deal Armor & Swords.....EA has a big tournament coming up which is the priority. Things should get fixed......CM Hoe said the franchise team gets all the funding. They will probably have this fixed in no time. L O L

One thing I did notice about the patch is it appears they scrapped the cutscenes before every drive, which is pretty disappointing to me. While the commentary was sometimes inaccurate, I feel as if the commentary team could've kept building off of it.

Overall, I really think Madden 17 is loads of fun. You kinda have to think of the game as a draft prospect. The game has some glaring flaws, but it brings a lot of positives to the table to build off of. Full player editing has been MASSIVE for me and it's the biggest reason why I still play the game religiously. Putting real life draft prospects into my franchise has really got me immersed in the entire league. The ticker is also a great addition that also keeps me very immersed.

I haven't played Madden 16 since August, and as long as the next huge patch doesn't ruin the game I'll continue to have lots of fun with Madden 17.

The holding was on you. They said defense because the other team ended up with the ball, that's confused me a couple of times.

I had the same thing happen to me too once and it confused the heck out of me.
