I'd rather see a practice squad that allows for the development of practice squad players. But I imagine you would like to see that too if you are into Frnachise, as would almost every Franchise OSer.

No I understand..but don't forget..gameplay is in FL and CFM is in TX..which in itself is silly I would assume..when making a game u would think it would be better to have everyone together no? Maybe this is one of the issues that causes this game to be a mess in one mode and good in another mode

alls we need is a season mode.

play with day 1 rosters, a one off season.

you could add depth to this with a training squad of players as well as free agency to call upon when injuries happen.

players play with their "play now" ratings, not progression/ recession in ratings.

maybe a subtle ratings boost for the home team in energy, stamina maybe acc/ burst ... that mode would do me. just play seasons to try and win a SB.
