Patch is out according to my league chat

Patch notes don't specifically address draft classes but mention various cfm fixes

Sweet but I'm at work all day I'll have to wait till tonight to start my franchise.
Who should I be? Tampa, Jacksonville, or Tennessee? If Tennessee I'm moving them back to Houston!!
