That's cool ... I guess. Not really sure what to make of it to be honest; but hey, at least it wasn't some bs FUT announcement. Anyhow, I likely won't be using any of the women's teams but I'm pretty sure I'm not the target audience and some people will probably be excited by the prospect of using them.

Now how about you give us some 'exciting' news about Career Mode next, EA?

Very smart move. Women are a huge demographic being tapped by both the fitness+sports and now the gaming industry. Soccer is a sport growing in interest across the US - especially with women. Combine the two and EA may have set themselves up with a whole new customer base.

As a huge fan of women's soccer (I actually prefer it over men's), I am super excited for this. It's a feature I always hoped for but never expected to actually happen.
