I don't remember the last time I tested with single team control. I wonder if that is the issue?

3 trades on 7/31, 9 total in the month of July. I recorded all the sims and checked transactions after each month as it does seem to cut the transactions off by date.

Tabarnes: Wouldn't surprise me if that's the case - I know a lot of you guys who test these things are 30 team control types. But that would mean the logic (or at least the frequency) isn't really broken - some kind of setting involving CPU control on 30-team is.

I just did a test sim with my current franchise to check trades. From April to the trade deadline there were only 4 trades made. 4! All of them in July too. Not one trade was proposed to me either. This is franchise breaking to me. I am already 17 games into mine and I really don't want to start over, but this has me considering it.
