This is not confirmed by SCEA SD.

But I am very very confident you do not need to re-start.

Maybe Ramone can chime in here and confirm that so we can include that fact on the OP and not have this question pop up every page of the thread.

Absolutely dumbfounded that stealing wasnt patched or nerfed a bit at all. Extremely disappointed.
