It was already decided upon that they weren't going to do roster transfers this year and they weren't changing this late in production. They mentioned it a few times in the various threads.

While I can appreciate the enthusiasm, posting in how many threads???, your efforts were ill-advised.

But its on the list for next year, so we only have to endure, hopefully, one more year of not having rosters transfer.

^Not to mention, he got a reply from a developer less than 15 minutes later. That's getting their attention pretty good.
