Well that is concerning... Seeing as how we are over 5 weeks into the project. Changing those ratings would almost double the input time. How much is throw power for a defensive tackle really going to alter the game play? Can you expand on the benefits of re-rating non-specific position attributes? Is this really going to change the experience that much to warrant the time it would take to do it?

I cannot tell you if it is worth it or not. What I can tell you is that every player has their attributes listed for a reason. It would be an epic novel and would reveal a little "too much" to go more in depth, but just know that I don't take the time to publish all the attributes for every position "just because". Otherwise it too, would save me time on my end. My election not to ignore other attributes should only verify their importance.

Just out of curiosity, how often are ratings updated on the site? I think I remember it being once a month before, but I could just be making that up in my mind.

I'm thinking of updating the depth charts for my rosters tonight, but if a ratings update is on the way I might just wait.

Why would explaining why all players must have all ratings changed (even def linemen for throw power as an example) be something that could not, or would not, be shared?

These will only work for play now until Madden does something different with CFM.

They are updated daily. Depth charts and player movement are typically handled every couple of days. Ratings changes can occur at any time, however.
