Well again, footplanting is something that's seen immediately-- it would absolutely wow you if it was fixed, but I don't doubt that it's better and there's been work on it. If NG 2K had current gen foot planting, it'd be even more jarring.

It does seem that your player stays in the same place when doing stationary moves. That wasn't always the case.

Ok I'll watch it again - I see what you're saying. I suppose I didn't bother looking for it as much as my initial thought was just to wait and feel it for myself.

I guess I am just seeing doubt and slight disappointment all over this thread and I was trying to dissect some of the doubt.

It's the #1 rule of entertainment. SHOW, don't tell.

The same is true in all mediums. Movies, novels, games.

The more you tell, the more bored your audience loses investment. Don't just tell me about your new foot planting. Let us see an example. Could last no more than 15 seconds. One thing I do like about the *ahem* other guys is they aren't afraid to show developmental stuff even if the final product isn't much. They aren't afraid of showing early differences between current and past products.

Exactly, they said they showed a demonstration of the footplanting with LeBron and James Harden as well as a comparison to CG. I want to see that.
