DCEBB do you think that at any point in the future you may reach out to EA and see about joining forces to do rosters for not only madden but all games or has any dialogue between the two parties already happened?

Persoally I think the FBG ratings will benefit the next gen more than current gen if things like this :

During the season, we update weekly. 25000 players with updated information every week. We do not have time to make rosters. We are not in the roster creation business.

I applied for a position with EA back in the summer of 2011. I had a phone interview with 6 of the devs, including Donny Moore. I told them what I could do for them with the data I have. They seemed interested. The interview was going well until Donny asked me if I was willing to compromise "correct" ratings at the behest of the upper management and marketing teams.

Needless to say my lack of employment by EA at this time tells you what my answer was.

Sounds like they didn't want the ratings as low you have them. Isn't this a problem with their formula which makes it appear so low and not your ratings? Wouldn't changing their formula up a little make the overalls appear higher even though you input the same numbers?

If thats the case seems like they really don't want to put any effort into making the rosters accurate

If many of us do a team each, how can we get them into one file?
