They should add Rick Barry's Warriors, that would definitely be a good one to see.

Personally my favorite team of all time was 99-00 Lakers with PG Ron Harper SG Kobe Bryant SF Glen Rice PF A.C Green C Shaquille O'neal. Bench players Derek Fisher, Robert Horry, Rick Fox, Travis Knight, Sam Jacobson, Devan George. I would pay some good $ for that
1000% agreed

They also could add the 1974-'75 Golden State Warriors NBA Championship team which had a then young Robert "Chief" Parrish, Rick Barry, Jeff Mullins, Clifford Ray, Phil Smith, Keith "Jamaal: Wilkes, Gus Williams who later teamed with Dennis Johnson in Seattle to win the NBA Championship in 1979 forming one of the best backcourt duo's in the NBA !

Also could add the 1977-78 Washington Bullets who won the NBA Cjampionship in 1978 on a team that featured undersized Hall Of Famer center Wes Unseld who more than held his own in the paint against Kareem and others along with Hall of Famer Elvin "The Big E" Hayes, Bobby Dandridge (should be in the Hall of Fame), Kevin Grevey, Mitch Kupchak, and Tom Henderson !

A secular DLC for at least 10 more teams? not sure if it would be possible, but i wouldn't mind that. even if i had to pay an extra 10 dollars.

I can care less about the teams in the 60's, 70's, and 80's just bring back the classic teams for the 90's and early 2000's.

Lol....

The 80s was probably the golden age of basketball, the league was filled with soooooo much competition, and thanks to NB80's on NBATV, I've learned a lot about players such as Andrew Toney, Sydney Moncrief, Alex English, World B. Free, Chocolate Thunder, Tiny Archibald, Mark Aguirre, Benard King, etc. Jordan said the reason he agreed to have his likeliness in 2K11 was to give the younger generation of fans a chance to get to see what he did, or something along those lines. Now with more classic teams being flooded into the game, that's the point, obviously I never had the chance to watch players like Elgin Baylor or Pete Maravich or hell even Phil Jackson play, don't be so close-minded. There's nothing classic about a lot of the early 2000 teams anyway. If you don't want to play with a 1970s team, that's on you.

You need to go back and learn your history man.

I personally loved having every single one of those teams in the game. On one hand, it was a lot of fun to use teams I grew up watching ('91 Warriors, '98 Spurs, etc.) but on the other hand, it was almost just as fun to use teams I vaguely knew of, or knew the history of, but had never really seen in action. Even using a squad like the '85 Bucks was pretty awesome, getting a chance to utilize one of the first point-forwards and working with a form of Terry Cummings that wasn't just knocking down open J's in San Antonio.

I actually kind of had a feeling that the older teams opened some people's eyes last year, and it was pretty awesome to see. There were a ton of, "Okay, so Jerry West is just absolutely dominating me" posts last year. And I certainly didn't mind a more thorough history lesson along the way, learning the play styles of guys like Happy Hairston, Bob Dandridge, and Lou Hudson. It was a great modern way of familiarizing oneself with the players of days gone by. I'd probably name a handful of decades before I got to the 60's and 70's in terms of my favorite basketball years, but I loved the inclusion of those teams in 2K12 and wish for more in the future.

Great list! You had all the teams I was going to say and I was surprised were on there (Sonics teams). As much as I hated that Rockets team as a Lakers showtime fan that team with twin towers was good! Also 93 Suns make all these a must have!

I would add...

1978 Bullets
1984-85 Nuggets
