Played with game speed a slow, and I like it a lot better. I can see things happening downfield, while still keeping my internal pocket clock in my head. It never fails, right about when I feel the pocket should be collapsing it usually is, and I am trying to get out of there with RGIII or find my check down to get the ball out of his hands.

Had a great read option run with him. Red Bryant came crashing in after Helu (JR) and I took off got two great down field block from Fred Davis and Santana Moss as they made a little alley for me, one with outside leverage one with inside so I ran between them and picked up 31 yards before stepping OOB to avoid a hit. Probably my favorite play thus far.

Defense is still boring, but I don't think anything is gonna change that this year.

Okay, now that the mindless bitching is out of the way, a little more thought behind my opinion.

1.) graphics are awful. I can only hope that since this is the demo, there are tweaks to come. It looks like I am playing Borderlands - I.e. The graphics / models are all cartoony. It just looms awful and not lifelike.

2.) player movement is atrocious. Its completely arcade quality. Also part of the cartoony look I mentioned above.

3.) same crap a.i. - there has been absolutely no improvement here. None what so ever. CPU responds to crappy playcalling and being beaten by having wide open receivers drop passes or bounce them into the waiting hands of CPU defenders. Again, certain plays are unusable, while the CPU is incapable of defending other plays (which in turn leads to the CPU compensating via cheat logic).

*sigh* unfortunately, I am too much of an NFL whore to not buy an NFL game, but my hype for this game has absolutely plummetted to rock bottom. I have officially lost all hope of EA ever putting out a competent NFL product.

I hope that despite extreme feelings, I've backed up my views enough to not warrant any kinds of warnings / infractions / troll responses. I may be sticking with NBA 2k12 longer than expected.

Anyway, the complaint I do have is that it is too fast. Slow mode was ok, ill try very slow next time.

All madden on Sea 2yd line. Call a in route for Garson in the middle on endzone. CB blitz. Without me doin anything. Garson does a hitch instead of the in. TD!!! Its like he read the play. Cuz if he did what i wanted i for sure would not hav scored. I hope this wasnt a fluke

FOR THOSE ON XBOX WITHOUT XBOX LIVE GOLD THAT WANT THE DEMO

Not sure if this still works..but every xbox console is entitled to 3 gamer accounts that comes with 1 free month of xbox live gold.

What i use to do when i didnt have gold account at the time is make a new xbox live account on my xbox..which means a whole new account with new email, password, gamer tag,etc...after you do this..and you decline "buying" the gold membership and opt to stay with silver account..after you select that..you should be greeted on the next screen that you get 1 free month of xbox live gold.

Give it a try..remember you will need a new username, email account,etc before doing this..so go set up a email account at gmail, yahoo, hotmail,etc

I do NOT know if microsoft still does this though..but i know they have been doing this for years..each xbox console is entitled to 3 gamertag accounts with each account getting 1 free month of gold.
