Thats the problem with madden, when you up the difficulty the game starts going haywire! Or your players start doing dumb stuff lol! They need to come up with ways to improve on this! A difficulty increase should mean better scheming, play calling and not your team breaking down and giving up!!

Not really a Madden fan....But i'll get it this year after playing the demo.... It should hold me over til Christmas.....Christmas being Oct.2nd....

Wanted to add, I like the drop passes, they seem like a good addition to me. It seems to happen if defenders get there at the same time or shortly after the receiver touches the ball or if a lower rated receiver is even wide open. I think the new ball strip pass defensive animations may have something to do with the former and the latter seems like a good way to differentiate the receivers with lower catch.

I hope EA doesn't fold to pressure to change this.

I forgot one other thing that honestly made me laugh out loud.

The dreadlocks/long hair... are you serious EA? Bwahaha. It is just simply comical. I want to know who on the development team saw this and thought, "yeah, that looks good." The hair comes out of their helmets. Its absolutely hilarious.

Overall, not a bad demo, but Madden definitely doesn't warrant another purchase from me this generation. They are going to have a ton to prove going into next gen. Madden 14 won't be enough, we need competition pushing boundaries again. If you don't own Madden 12, then I would say purchase 13....if you can deal with the lack of editing/customization.

I think the editing and customization says it all for me! Game just doesnt bring it! Maybe they will have that SI offer again and that might be worth it??????

Won't know for sure until I'm able to play someone, while there are some great things about the game, I think defense is going to be sorry. Very sorry. Two words, HITCH STEP. We'll see.
