Look, as a 9er fan I think very highly of Stephen Jackson.....but i also don't like him because of how good he is...his thigh broke Mike Rumph's arm and ending his season, on an attempted tackle....I'll never forget it.

I've also looked forward to the Rams trading him away, to get him out of the division...I thought it was suppose to happen by now???? :/

but again, that all being said...I'll give you "better receiver and being more durable"..but you can't say every aspect, as if it were a fact. Being a "better runner" is subjective...vision? This is the best thing Gore has going for him. He is not the biggest or most agile RB...but his vision and running ability is what makes up for everything else....I mean he was voted by his peers for a reason on that top 30 players in the league.

and for sure I don't know about Jackson being a better blocker...Gore is one of, if not the best pass protectors. That is what he is also known for...he can read the blitz and blow up any defender trying to get in.

Just so there is no misunderstanding....imo, Stephen Jackson is a better overall RB....if I had to start a new team, I'd take him. But I don't agree with the whole, better in every aspect compared to Frank Gore.

How about we find a new way to rate players? I dont think at the combine a player has number over his head saying how good he is.

What can Shady do that Forte can't? They're very similar. I think Forte is a better receiver than Shady though (although they might be the #2 and #3 in the league behind Sproles in that regard).

If I remember right, Forte made up like 60-70% of his team's offense when he was healthy last year. He and Fred Jackson both completely carried their respective teams until they got hurt.

Way too high. Most of them are still young and will progress in Connected Career ... and teams will be filled with high rated players.

LeSean McCoy had a great season, but it was his first one like that, Forte's been consistently good since 2008 at a high level. Therefore he'd get the nod in MY book even if it is just ONE POINT.
He's also been 80% of the bears offense the last 2 seasons

Can't wait til they reveal the top 10 punters!
Why shouldn't the best elite backs be rated highly again I'll make the case that there is over 100 backs on NFL teams and yet people will still say MJD is too high then you will try to argue that all backs feel the same after arguing that last years ratings meant nothing so if they all feel the same according to people why does it matter that they are rated 97,96 which for over 100 players in the league at this position I still don't believe it to be bad that 10 of them are 90's
