Point being, whether he asks "what part of CC necessitated the removal of the ability to edit players?" or "what part of CC necessitated the omission of the ability to edit players?" it doesn't change the crux of the response. If the distinction is made in the context of providing a more complete answer, fine. Again though, if it's simply used to dismiss or defend, it's a different story.
Yeah, I get what you are saying and again, I see that more as having an issue with his/the decision to replace offline Franchise, online franchise and Superstar mode with CC, even though it doesn't yet provide the complete feature set of offline franchise. Again, I can respect the opinion of those that would have preferred a different decision was made but that doesn't equate to the current decision or those that can see the merit of it, being wrong.

To put it another way, of the previous 3 modes in M12, offline franchise had the most available features, so I understand gamers that mostly or exclusively played that mode to expect whatever new mode replacing it, not "go backwards" in any area. However, it's also understandable for gamers that played the other 2 feature inferior modes and offline franchise too not to have to wait until CC provided the complete feature set from offline franchise before adding it and its' existing feature upgrades.

Essentially it's like a "majority" decision in the sense that, CC is a complete upgrade of 2 of the 3 "career modes" that were in M12 and a mixed bag of shared upgrades and unique downgrades for the 3rd because offline franchise received the lions share of upgrades of the three, this entire generation. Considering that and the fact that Looman is saying the FIRST YEAR of CC is about having one career mode for everyone going forward, this decision is a reasonable one, imo..

Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse, or being repetitive or ignorant, but can someone explain why other some video games in general with multiple modes don't frequently combine or take away certain things because of a "code" or "not enough time for the UI". I mean EA is one of the richest companies out there so whenever I hear the explanation for the features that EA left out, I feel extremely cheated.

I do play a few other sports games, but I don't recall any of them replacing/overhauling old modes(online, offline, superstar)with just one mode overall.(CCM)

I see this as Madden setting the bar higher for the way we play franchise mode. We will find out sooner rather than later.

Heck, 2k hoops removed a popular online feature with 2k12. I forgot what it was called, but I do recall people complaining about it.

Being a "rich" company, has nothing to do with it. Making sure everything works does.

At this point it seems you are asking for something that will make you "feel better" or accept the decision that was made, which I don't see being possible. I am not going to try to convince anyone to change how they feel about CC, all I have done is comment when I believe there is a misunderstanding about the mode that discussion may help bring clarity to.

If you or anyone else doesn't feel this mode should have been released if it couldn't provide everything offline franchise had then that's your opinion and you are entitled to it. However, I am of the opinion that the current/future pros of adding CC into M13 seem to far outweigh the cons of those features missing.

Yes, they removed crew which alot of people loved "not me" but they'll bring it back just Madden does with their features.

I'm just trying to get a better understanding of the whole Features of CCM being left out, because every time I hear an explanation for certain features it doesn't feel legit for some reason and I don't KNOW WHY.

It's legit. They don't WANT to alienate anyone, hard decisions have to be made sometimes.

I get that but we won't know how legit the explanations actually are until next year, unfortunately. Perhaps it is by design that EA/Tiburon seems to take advantage it but the fact is when something is in its' "first year" of implementation, it's understandable that it will not be more fleshed out. If during this first year anyone believes or feels that "next year" these features still won't be back due to EA/Tiburon's track record with next-gen Madden, that's understandable, imo. However, even considering all the times EA/Tiburon has "cried wolf" about "wait until next year", we won't know for sure until next year, lol.

What we do know this year is that CC potentially provides a complete feature upgrade from online franchise and superstar mode along with a mixed bag for offline franchise, to create one mode, which I feel is the right thing to do. Again, opinions will differ on how EA/Tiburon has chosen to "do it" and that's to be expected.
