I think that was my roster, but it only happened in Season mode, I think it had something to do with some teams having less than 40 players on the 40-man. I haven't heard back from slithree since I told him the solution, so I'm assuming it was fixed.

I've been playing my RttS since launch...all patches...currently in 2015 year...no freezing or issues at all other than the occasional problem with the catcher dropping the ball and the game is stuck at that point.

Yea i had the same exact thing happen to me. Im in my first season in rtts and just got called up to triple a. Im in my third game and have three hits: a single , double, and a triple and will have one more at bat to try for the cycle. Well after i hit the triple, im standing on third with a guy on first after a walk. The guy steal in first steals after the pitch but the pitch goes to the backstop and it stays there and no one goes after it. The game is stuck at that point and there is nothing i can do but restart it. Very frustrating!

Does anyone else's game lag in any off line mode. Like franchise. I think that's whats causing my problem. As I just caught it in action.

I have had this happen to me twice in last few times playing. Really bummed too, because I just had an explosion in game 4 of ALCS.

I had this problem so religiously last year (or was it 10?) that I still pretty much refuse to watch the highlight reel at all now. And the one time I entered "movie maker" I almost literally started to sweat when I exited the game.

It seems like prepping a large file to the XMB almost overloads the system. Like the two facets communicating with such a big piece of data (only then to force a Franciise load screen upon exiting the game...updating W-L records, stats, etc) is too much for the game and/or PS3 to handle. Remember, after the highlight reel, you automatically get prompted for a reel save. Then, you manually force a loading/stat update screen. Perhaps the problem enlies there?

Mine have been when the game starts to recap automatically. I hit X to skip through and I get the freeze. I just took the disk out and cleaned it to see if I get any more lock ups.

I edited my post. Please re-read it.

And I always hit X on my controller as soon as the player of the game screen starts. Always. I begin to X like crazy until the boxscore/exit game menu appears.

Keep in mind, I do not have patch 1.16. But I've experienced this issue in the past.
