Have you been able to throw a completion to a receiver who was blanketed by a corner that didn't get his head around to find the ball?

Please tell me there are off target throws in the game where neither the defender or WR can make a play.

I'd like to see this happen for once with the OUT OF THE BOX GAMEPLAY without having to edit QB Accuracy ratings and reduce sliders down

Was that fixed or improved some how ?

Also can CPU controlled DEs get passed the OT and create havoc ? Last year they couldn't even get passed the OT at all.
So, I tried both kickoffs and punts. Honestly, the CPU runs pretty straight ahead. The runner seems to try to find open spots to bounce into a bit better (which is consistent in the running game also). But they don't have sweeping runs east and west or drastic cut backs that I can see.

I can throw passes that sail into open space if I lead too far. For example, if I am throwing to a receiver on an in route and the defender is on his hip, if I lead and throw the ball too hard it will be 5 yards wide of him at times.

Yes, I've been able to lay the ball over the shoulder on go routes without the corner triggering that crazy "jump interception" animation despite being in a position where they shouldn't know the ball is coming.

Unfortunately, EA is late to the party and now I see them trying to play catch up. It's not a terrible thing to be headed in the right direction, hopefully, as it does appear.
I agree with you here. The NCAA team has been playing catch-up because the foundation the games started on were terrible. You start with a weak foundation it will come back to bite you in the *** later on. It does seem like they are heading in the right direction, but it wasn't until NCAA 11 that it started to show.

I hope for the next-gen consoles the launch game doesn't have a bunch of issues again. NBA Live 06, Madden 06, NCAA 07, NASCAR 08, etc. were all poorly executed and probably rushed.

2k has never made a better football game as EA. 2k5 aka the holy grail was not as good as Madden 2005 (the best football game ever made). If 2k could make a football game like their basketball games sign me up. But they never showed it in the past. Just because they had a halftime show and post game shows doesn't make the gameplay better. And yes I own 2k5 and enjoyed it, but madden 05 was always better. And I do wish 2k had the ability to make a pro or college game because competition is the best for everyone.
So you mean to tell me EA cant match Madden 2005? Nuff said...

Thanks for checking on this stuff that you are able, to give more clarification.

How about the WR/DB interaction coming off the LOS, is it still just the initial jam only or can collision animations be triggered anytime in the route? Here as an example of what I mean in this FIFA 12 video described in the very beginning. http://easf.www.easports.com/uk/foot...act-mchardy-02

Are the receiver and the defender really fighting for the ball in the air with player interaction animations or just making two separate attempts on the ball? Last year receiver/defenders could get stuck in misplaced catch animations like they were oblivious to the other player going for the ball.

Can receivers trigger pass defense pass stripping animations to attempt to prevent potential interceptions?
