Since you are there..........and if you can talk about it of course.......But ummm, do CPU WRs attack the ball on their own ?

As in they dive for it on their own.

Jump up in the air for it on their own.

If the pass is tipped they at least attempt to go after it before it hits the ground ? Kind of like a dive and miss attempt ? I remember Madden 11 had this.

Also will a CB dive for an interception on their own and do dive and misses as well on tipped passes ?

That is the type of stuff I have an issue with. They even stated that this was intentional. Can you check on that?
Honestly I haven't seen the video...give me the setup. How deep is the route and are they on the left hash?

Yes, the wide outs will trigger the same animations without user intervention. They will also dive by themselves. If a ball is tipped players actually go after it.

Earlier I was playing the computer and I throw a curl into double coverage. My receiver did the "rocket catch" animation and the receiver breaking from the inside actually hit the ball with his hand as it him my receivers and knocked it out. The backside defender tried to grab it.

If you aren't allowed to or whatever then that's cool. Thanks.
I'm not allowed to do that, otherwise I would.

They are on the right hash with the WR running an out towards the right sideline (if I remember correctly). I can not remember if it was the slot receiver or the outside receiver. You not being able to replicate what they did is hopefully a good thing.

Let me see if I can find what I am talking about in the video.

Re: NCAA Football 13 Gameplay Trailer

Have you tried special teams ?

In the past CPU punt returners and kick off returners ran in a straight line directly into the defense. They never tried to go around or run to the far side line. It was always a straight line forward from the spot they caught the ball.

Was that fixed or improved some how ?

Also can CPU controlled DEs get passed the OT and create havoc ? Last year they couldn't even get passed the OT at all.

Honestly the game is changing every day. I just tried to move the ball over so I have more room to run the route.

Basically the quarterback is throwing it about 5 yards deep from "ideal" and the receiver gets his head around and adjusts while it is in the air.

Let me play with the special teams in practice for a couple minutes.

As for the DE, I've been getting railed by the defensive ends today.
