Wow! Votto, Phillips, Bruce, Cueto, Latos, and Chapman are all locked up for at least 3 more years! What a core to build around. Look out for the Redlegs!

You can. Put him on the Nats major league roster then go back into practice and use him.

You DO NOT need to use 30 team control to have MANUAL injuries.(and you can switch it back to ON after and back and forth at any time).
Just choose which team....put injuries to MANUAL at the USER SETTINGS-GAMEPLAY options page and then make sure that the profile is also the DEFAULT profile.
The only thing you can't do with that is put them on the DL yourself.(you can give them the injuries...just not make the DL move)

Just make sure he's on at least the AA team and you can.

The cpu will not place their long term "manually" injured players on the DL right?
any idea why they dont do this?

Just another update guys:

Im working on last minute tweaks additions etc...I got Aroids Moyer in as well as fixed a ton of uniform #'s. Kinslers 5 yr extension is in as well as Phillips and Santanas. AAA is being tweaked as of now...its not gonna be perfect due to missing players but will be very close and playable....when this is ready tommorow it will be posted here, the vault and on my Twitter account...I will post more updates here and Twitter as we get closer...thanks again to everyone involved in this process, its been a pleasure..and If we missed anything in this version we will def catch it for the next....
