its saying my verified account is Expired every single time.

i have been having issues with my account verification. the email link is valid and when i click on it it says my account has been verified, however a couple of days later it says that my account is expired and have to create a new one even though if i log on to the website i am able to. I emailed tech support a couple of times but with no reply. the name on the account is METLFAN. this is becoming a real nuisance to use online features. help would be appreciated thanks

UPDATE:

We might have found a solution to expired accounts. This is from our Dev's:

Please have users either have another email sent to them or go to the old email (which may have expired if they already tried the link) and right click on the link and copy the whole thing into a browser.

This should allow for verification on accounts. Please try this and let me know.

Went back to my old email, that didn't work, still says it expired.
