NBA 2K12 "My2K" Account Verification Issues? 2K Sports is Here to Help

Sigh, this is one of the most obnoxious bugs I've ever seen. My account has expired twice just since yesterday evening. I've only had the game for like a week and it's happened 3 times already. Hard to believe this game has been out for like 5 months and such a highly annoying issue even exists in this game at this point.

Hey, so i have issues with my nba2k12 2k account. i have received changes to account emails, but not one to verify. i visited NBA2K site to try that way and it says the account doesn't exist. (clearly it does as i use it)

I have just sucessfully logged in to my2k account to verify my account however, on nba2k12 for xbox 360 I still receive the error message that I do not have the privileges to go online.

I am also having a problem with verification. I created my account and verified it through email. Then I tried to verify it through the website. I still get the error message saying that my My2k account has expired. I can log in online and see my stats but when i try to play on xbox 360, I get this error every time and I have to accept terms and log in manually.
