NBA 2K12 "My2K" Account Verification Issues? 2K Sports is Here to Help

I have re-installed my pc recently. After I installed 2K12 on my PC, when I tried to login with my old account, how come it always tell me that the server is not available at this time ? Do you guys know how to solve this issue ? I can login my account on the website, but not in game.

I have the same problem with the person above.
I reinstall nba2k12 i delete my my2k account from nba2kdotcom
but when i start nba2k12 the game don't ask me to create a new account and it can't connect to the 2kservers...
Please Help

Every time I turn on the game it instantly logs me out of Xbox live. This has been going on for about 2 weeks everytime I turn on the game. I have no idea what my 2k username is and theres no way to reset it on the site. Please help

For birthday I accidentally put the real date in. And it says you have to be 13 to have a 2k account. How do I reset that?
