I used to feel like you did about scoring, but I play with 15 minute halves on professional and get a very diverse set of scores, anywhere from 0 to as many as 6 goals usually. I used to play on 20 minute halves and had the same types of scores. I think anything over 20 minutes for half length is pushing the realism factor because your shots on goal goes out the roof.
I have to agree with EvanRG, I played A ridiculous amount of PES2011 and had a wide range of scores and I play 20 Minute halves on Pro. The scoring was down from 2010, I also played a ridiculous amount of every year for the last 10 and Loved them all but they all had their flaws, Find it amusing when people always refer to one particular year as the holy grail of a certain game forgetting all the flaws of that game. I personally like the 20 minute halves because it gives me a better feel for the ebb and flow of a game.

Here is a video from the UK Gamespot guys. Just some impressions from the retail copy.

Was just about to mention that. Overall, the keepers looked pretty good in that video.

Agreed although you can question the 1st goal in the 1st game a little because he should have probably used his other hand to try to get to it. Otherwise, didn't look bad.

Re: Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 Demo Roundtable

I wasn't even looking to get any soccer game this fall, as there's just too many games coming out. I finally checked out both demos.

I expected to try the PES demo and move along. Well, after 2 games, I need to have this game. It just blew me away. My only problem was the default game speed, but that is easily turned down. At -1 or -2 it plays a very good game. The super human flash sprint from 2011 is gone and now the sprint is very realistic.

The one thing that always brings me back to PES is the realistic way that passing is used. Pressure from the other team increases as you move forward, it isn't just constant up and down the pitch.

The way your teammates react intelligently is amazing.

I'm really impressed. I just hope I can find the game around here in stores.

This game is simply awesome, with organic play and uniqueness both individually and team wise. Excellnet game for real football lovers and casual fans of the sport.
