EA is really making me upset. Because the moment they announced NO NEW IMPROVEMENTS to MADDEN 12 ONLINE FRANCHISE....I saw the writing on the wall. Madden is like the gorgeous chick that just wont put out (no online franchise). ALL these Madden guys are now trying to play NCAA online dynasty (the ugly chick who really knows how to put it on you).

I really think that is all this boils down too and it's sad.

If you go to their site you will see them boasting about RECORD $ales and created Online Dynasties.

Now here is THE FUNNIEST PART......next year they WONT FIX MADDEN ONLINE FRANCHISE AGAIN BECAUSE......drum roll please...."nobody is playing it"

Great analogy. Sadly I'm married so both games are gorgeous but neither put out....

Besides waiting for the patch and what's in it (aside from what they've announced), I'm curious to know what will be changed with a tuning pack, if they release one. I haven't seen squat on any tuning pack notes.

I doubt we're going to see a tuner pack until the patch drops. Once that does, EA will have a better idea as to what will need tuning.

I know. Everything right now needs tuning. However, if they put out a tuner pack right now, once the patch drops, it could mess up things that were addressed in the tuner update, so EA would have to release another tuner pack immediately after the patch.

I agree & i wouldn't think it would make much sense to release it before the patch came out. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen what type of things they might be thinking about for it.

For example, things like the physic DBs and super LB seem like things that would be addressed in a tuner pack more so than a patch. Freezing issues, custom schedules, roster glitches, etc would be the patch. At this point I think most of us would be ok if a developer would just pop up and say "hi, we're still employeed at EA and are working on NCAA 12'.

All I know is I have a free day this Saturday coming up; no kids in the house, the wife is going out for a girls day, & the LSU/Oregon & Boise/Georgia games are that night. It would be nice to have a patched game to waste my day away.

Geez, I'm so bummed I wasted a verbatim for this game around release day, when I can't even play it because it freezes all the time(and is riddled with tons of other bugs) or to irritate many of you is just out right "broken"! I could have made Dues Ex instead, ugh!

At least Madden gets to be played via the season pass for some people. Maybe we'll hear about any problems with it before the game is released and can make the decision based on that.

I really wish EA would update us on the progress of the patch, though.
