Yup, same scenario has happened to me a few times. When I'm messing around in Play Now working on a side (offense or defense), I'll supersim the opposite side. First time it (OT/FG glitch) happened to me, I stupidly thought it was because I SS half the game. Then it happened again, and I thought for sure that was the reason. Then it happened with me playing both sides of the ball.

I haven't played in a couple weeks, and still haven't touched Dynasty as I've been waiting for the patch so I could actually use named rosters. Now I'm not sure if I want to do a Dynasty. Seems like I stop playing this game earlier and earlier as the years pass, and I LOVE College Football.

Please, for the love of God EA, fix this ****ing game.

I hate that I've spent the prime time for playing NCAA Football 12 waiting for a patch...

Madden comes out next week.
NBA 2K and Battlefield 3 come out in October.
Modern Warfare 3 comes out in November.

I usually pick up NCAA consistently again around National Signing Day

I get Madden today at 6 pm. My dynasties are entering bowls and one was ruined by the issues with online dynasty. If I didn't play in any online dynasties this game would be getting sold tomorrow. The patch has taken way to long for me. But since I am in OD's they literally have about 19 days to get a patch out. 60 days is to many days to wait for the one patch that NCAA will get that still wont fix all issues. Not to mention we haven't received a single tuner yet. So pissed.

I have decided to not buy another NCAA football game until they the psychic D is removed. It's no fun when the defense knows exactly what play you're running.

I haven't had a turnover either. I know how OT works. Have you ever played past the 2nd OT? This glitch has happened to me many times in NCAA 11 and 12.

This has happened to me once in NCAA 10. Luckily haven't experienced this in 11 or 12.

It was removed this year....oh wait.

Just take a moment. And go back to a time (PS1, PS2/XBOX) when we would get our sports games, whether that was Madden, NCAA, Triple Play, NHL, 2K football and basketball.....and we found plenty of bug's, glitches and imperfections.

What did we all do then? We kept playing, and getting the most out of the game. Came up with house rules if it was really annoying...we did whatever we had to to make sure we can overcome and enjoy the game.

Today we have patches.

People easily forget last gen, when we had no choice. We either accepted the imperfections (which every sports game enounter because...it is a video game and not real life) or a programming bug of some sort that comes up when you put enough hours into a game. We kept playing, and enjoying our franchises.

What the heck has happened here?

Yes the game has warts and bugs. But I am in year 3....with named rosters and having an amazing time. And I know there are hundreds of thousands of NCAA 12 players out there that are too.

OS has become a tiny island in a vast ocean that "so called" hard core sports gamers come and gather to wallow in their frustrations that they can't get a realistic game experience or this is broken or that is not working right and placebo effect this.....oh my goodness.

And it is on every sub forum here. Even for the so-called greatest sports games of our lives (The Show 2011, NBA 2K11).

Everyone has a right to express their opinions. But the core disfunction that has really plagued this great community is the intense, loud and immature posts that have spread like a disease and have infested and trolled what are meant to be informational threads as well as mature and intelligent discussions about our great sports games of today.

Think what you all want about EA, or 2K basketball or EA NHL or whatever.

We have never had so good with sports video games......ever. I don't care what the negative voices keep bitching about.

Everyone holds on to memories of yesteryear because yeah....there were some great games....back then! But now? They can't hold a candle to what we have.

My opinion.

The patch will get here. And I feel bad if your stuck in this misery of not being able to play this game. I just can't understand that line of thinking. The game is extremely playable. I don't get it.

Guess I am either too old to care or maybe I am blissfully ignorant.

It's a video game.....nothing more...nothing less. Life is short.
