Yes. Go to controls and you can turn it off as well as auto strafe.

Still d/ling..Watched Pasta FSU and Bama game and it didnt look too bad. Tackling did look alot better and cpu running looked better also.

I know every single one of those 200 custom sounds will be needed since the commentary and atmosphere is so stale and boring. I might be able to enjoy this years game...Still waiting on the D'L

Did you see overthrows?
Well, to be clear, I wanted to see bad throws, knockdowns, etc. It really wasnt like that as much as I had liked. There would be times I would be forced out of the pocket(a good thing) and I would have a open receiver 5 yards out with noboy 10 feet around him. Even though it probably doesnt effect ratings, I would set my feet and come to a stop and make the throw. The pass would just go 5 feet away from the receiver(who had been standing in place for at least 5 seconds). It didnt feel real at all. If it had went to him and he just bobled it or dropped it...I can deal with that. It was like my QB was a 5 year old all the sudden. This could happen two plays in a row...and then you fire a perfect strike for 35 yards down the field. It was just weird. It didnt feel correct at all for me. Maybe I am expecting to much out of this game, but until it plays correct football I would just prefer playing a few other sports games this year. I guess Im a little dissapointed, I was hoping EA would deliver a strike with NCAA and Madden this year. Guess I am waiting for Madden to show up or not.

Give it a download, who knows it may be a game for you. It sadly just wasn't up to my standards personally. It improved with tackling, and the defenders gaurded better....but don't get too excited, because I didn't think they were done nearly as good as they could have been. Just better then they had been. The game still feels like a arcade game. Don't know if that is a good thing or bad thing for others though.

Let's hope that the player editor would allow for height, weight, and hairstyle changes this year.

Is it just me, or can anyone else not scramble as good as on NCAA 11?

Does commentary sound better to anybody else? I have heard a new line or two, and it sounds better

Re: NCAA Football 12 Demo Available Now, Post Your Impressions Here (360, PS3)

I see they didn't fix the broken hurry up offenses for spread teams. Sure some spread teams don't huddle, but they also wait 20-30 seconds to get the play called in from the sideline and sub guys in and out. Not every teams hurries to the line and snaps the ball within 10 seconds of the last play unless you're Gus Malzahn. I know its a minor gripe, but its one that irritated me from last year.

Other than that the game plays what I expected which feels like a more polished version of NCAA 11.
