any chance when making the demo they compressed the crowd noises??? hope so because if not, the crowd will once again suck in this game

Anyway, I was able to play one game at lunch (Bama/FSU on AA). I ended up losing 6-3. I'm actually thrilled that I'm not as good as some of you at this game

Quick Notes:
-The game is just beautiful especially the enterances, cut scenes & lighting.
-The playbook takes some tome to get used to but, nothing to complicated. Also, I noticed quite a few new plays.
-The new tackling system is awesome. I'm anxious to see how it works on slow speed.
-CPU coverage played as advertised. I ended up throwing two picks. One to the flats and another that I misread and threw to the saftey over the top in Cover Two.
- My D got to their QB twice. Neither were user sacks.
-The return game seems slightly improved.

That's all I have for now. I'll hang up and listen.

Texas vs. Oregon

LaMichael James has now returned both kickoffs for me. The first one was helped with a juke and a spin. The second one was too easy. I ran to the left and straight up the sideline untouched. Both returns were on the left side.

I hope so, FSU definitely didn't sound like FSU, way too soft of a crowd of that size.

Well…well…Well!!!!!! MIXED REVIEW

Just as I suspected……same game as last year!!!! Almost the exact same game as last year….with a few changes in gameplay…few patches …..just a patched up version of Ncaa 11 if you ask me!! My experience that I got from the demo was pretty fun tho! so if you like ncaa 11 you should really love ncaa 12…..starting off with the commentary/presentation…it still seems sort of stale without Lee Corso……Herbstreit and Nessler still fall short of the excitement and are quite stale because we’ve heard them for soooo long …they say the same ishh BUT just enuff new stuff to make you NOT complain! The end of the quarter hghlights like its going to a commercial break is a very nice touch…they give you just enuff once again to make you NOT complain! On the contrary….once again…there is NOOOOoooooOOOOOooooo HALFTIME show!! BUUUUUUUUUUUUT they do this presentation thing with Erin Andrew called GAMETRACKS at the start of the 3rd quarter …sort of like nba 2k when they send it to susi kolbert for her insider….so they give us just enuff once again! Its only like a 15 sec sound clip of her going over the game so far…just enuff for me to NOT complain once again….hopefully its not just that ONE gametrack when you play a WHOLE game!!!! The demo lets you play 4(2 minute quarters)

Cut Scenes- I noticed quite a few new cut scenes….first off starting off with the team entrances….FSU and Texas both offer a STELLAR entrance for the mascot which adds to the Saturday afternoon College football pageantry!!! The one thing I hated from last year was when the temas ran out and the qb would always put that WACK fist up in the air…..guess what??? He does the same thing this year…SMH!!!!! But I notice more of his teammates putting their fist up shortly after…which does add a little more feel to the game! SMALL BUT I NOTICED!!! Just enuff for me to NOT COMPLAIN!!!!! I also notice the coaches walking around before the game starts and the players stretching which adds a nice touch! …..I see different animations and cutscens HIGHLIGHTING the star players for each team!!! Nothing BIG…but I did notice it! I also like after your wr catches the ball..they sometimes have a cut scene of him walking back to the huddle…celebrating! SMALL but NOTICEable!! a few different celebrations after big hits! Or batted down balls by DB’s …the small things…a few cutscenes that show the coach……COULD USE MORE CUTSCENES but we’ll see once the real version gets here!

Gameplay- I do HATE that the kickoffs are still WACK!! Same lame kickoff meter…same lame return middle…no return LEFT or RIGHT! WACK!! NO double reverse on the kick off…nothing tricky!! WACK!!! STALE!! I have noticed that the zones work waaay better than last year! BUT 4 wides streaking still seem to be open a lot!!!!! I seen about 5 or 6 new tackle animations so far..added to the ones from last year…so that’s cool! I see 2 or 3 new dives from the wr’s..i see a new BULL RUSH from the D-line! ..Qb’s that will take off finally when the pressure is on(D.Thomas) QB’s that will overthrow on purpose or throw ball away when the pressure is on (Gilbert) Kickoff and punt returns still seem to have the same blocking as last year…which was WACK!! deep ball seems to be open a lot if a CB is man to man with no safety over top…fast wr..slow db…=TD…..Oregon ran a hurry up offense the WHoooooole game!!! Which was a realistic NICE TOUCH!

Graphics- Field Turf looks amazing during replays….new 3d grass WHoooooa! Has a wow factor…..little black pellets coming up from a players cutts are WOW factor!! New HD lighting was EXCELLENTe as the screen angle turns….there is always a different view/color/huge on the image….games that went from LIGHT to DARK looked good!...ALL STATE field goal nets!! SMALL but noticeable!!! game brought to you by NISSAN and SPARQQ…adds a real life touch! Fan in the crowd with a sign that says SPORTSCENTER IS NEXT was nice…..new pregame intro with ESPN gameday graphics were nice
