So, if Madden 12 is a great game, you still calling him out?

LOL. You've got to be kidding.

Everyone is an expert on the inner working of a dev team.

I wonder if the guys who are replacing Ian and Phil are going to be as accessible as their predecessors? Say what you want about those guys they did interact with the hardcore fan base a lot especially in the development of Madden '10. Which was the last madden I played. I will be picking up '12 but I remember how many little things (like cleats) that the hardcore radiance was able to get into Madden 10, correct sized helmet logos were another. FWIW.

Best of luck to Phil, Ian and the rest of the guys that are leaving.

I'm not going to sugarcoat anything. I'm happy with ALL the changes so far with EA Tiburon. I don't know if anyone was holding anything back or if some left for more money. All I know is I'm looking forward to the future.

No need to criticize former employees like some of the Madden fanboys did with David Ortiz. But I understand why some are still bitter with the recent regime.

You know my philosophy... Everyone at every job will leave or be replaced someday. So, unless your the owner of the company and plan on selling the company or closing shop, it really doesn't matter. Sure, there may be an adjustment period but, in the end everyone is replaceable.

With that said, good luck in your future endeavors Phil

No, but I've made no claims to be. Nor do I let an agenda override logic on such matters.
