Just make sure you are connected to the internet. The next time you boot up the game, you'll get prompted whether you want to apply the patch or not. Just check out a few posts in the previous page or two of this thread, and people have written about how to check if you have the latest patch already or not.

No your PS3 just needs to be connected to the internet. Just try using the browser on your PS3 to see if it is. Then the download is automatic.

Ok Thanks i will check and reply you back. Also I have a problem with the rosters they are not acurrate as today. And when I check online the roster is not great at all. Do you know a roster that i can download and have all the organization prospects, plus players accessories etc?

That's Knight & Co.'s roster and the de facto standard. I believe you can download one off the roster vault via SportsConnect.
